I can give you my email if you want. That way if you ever need to chat, you will have someone to ramble/rant to. I don't always have enough spoons to reply to email, but I can try Just send me a note if you are interested and I will give it to you. I couldn't have dealt with all of this sh*t if it wasn't for a network of sufferers around me. I also suggest joining a few different forums around the web (cfsandfmshelp.proboards.com is run by one of our members) and if you have the spoons, a local support group so you have lots of people to talk to. You may not make any new best friends, but you will find a lot of support. They have had to deal with all the same symptoms and issues as you have, and we have all lost friends because of our health. You may have to shop around until you find one you are comfortable with, but I really recommend it The interwebs got me through so many bad times when my health was at it's worse, just because the new friends I met understood.
